Error 1603: Fatal Error During Installation

Error 1603: General Windows Installer engine error. Increase DiskSpace requirement in Setup.ini and try again

FIX A:

This problem tends to happen when you run out of disk space, free some up by clearing temp and unwanted files.

FIX B:

Failing that try some of the links in Google for that error message
